PAYMENT
Around the 23rd of every month an invoice is given. As of April 2010 an invoice will be given a month in advance. We ask for payment by the 7th of the month.
If we do not receive payment within 10 days, then a 5% charge will be added to the next months invoice. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or BACS. It is recommended that you write your invoice number on the reverse of the cheque.
Your invoice must be paid irrespective of whether your child is present for their sessions or not.
• Should the fees for your child's place be in arrears of more than 4 weeks the Proprietor has the right to terminate the place. (Arrangements should be made to pay back any arrears owing.)
• Any fee increase will be made on an annual basis, and you will be informed in writing by the Proprietor

DEPOSIT
To reserve a place for your child at nursery a non-refundable administration fee of £10.00 is required together with your completed application form.
A deposit of £25.00 is required when you receive confirmation of your child's sessions.
The deposit of £25.00 will be returned on your second paying invoice of when your child commences nursery.
(Please note this is non-returnable if your child does not start at Bouncing Beans).

TERMINATION OF SESSIONS
If you wish to cancel or change your child's sessions we would require written notice of 4 weeks via post or e-mail.
If this is not received then you will be liable for payment for all sessions booked.

HOLIDAYS
Bouncing Beans is closed on all Bank holidays.
The Nursery is also closed for approximately two weeks in the summer and at Christmas. No charge will be required for these 'holidays'. We will notify parents of the exact dates.
* Each child is entitled to two weeks holiday of the days that your child would normally attend, of which half fees must be paid to maintain your child's space.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
• If a child is collected late from a session, then a £5.00 penalty will be charged.
• If for any reason you wish to remove your child from the nursery, or cancel an existing session, one months notice in writing is required or a payment of one months fees.
• If a cheque is returned to us from the bank due to unknown circumstances then a £2.00 bank charge will be added to your next invoice.
• Beanie’s Fun Club – We require 24 hours notice to cancel the session, otherwise a charge of half the Beanie’s Fun Club rate will be charged to cover staff and meal costs (£4.50 or £5.00)
